We want you to love your TOOKAS®. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
You may return an unused TOOKAS in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Email orders@mrtinventions.com with your order details. We'll provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or we made an error.
If your TOOKAS arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
